Somen Salad (as given to me by F. McCurley)

Ingredients


1 package of Somen, boiled. (this can be found in the Asia food section) b
1/2 head lettuce shredded
1 small ham steak chopped
2 EGGS scrambled
3 stalks green onion, chopped

Sauce:

2 Tbs sesame seeds
2 Tbs sugar
1 tsp salt
3 Tbs Rice Vinegar
2 Tbs Shoyu (soy Sauce)

Lay cooled boiled somen in 13 X 9" pan. Garnish with lettuce, ham, eggs and green onion. Mix sauce ingredients in separate bowl and mix well. Pour over salad and serve.
