4 Boneless Chicken Breasts, 1 Large Egg, 3/4 Cup Beer, 1 Cup all-purpose flour, 1 teaspoon baking soda, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon ground black pepper,
Cut chicken into 1 inch strips.
Beat Egg, beat in beer, add all the dry ingredients and mix until smooth.
Cover and let it chill in refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Dip chicken in batter and fry in a deep fryer until chicken is a golden brown.
Serve with honey mustard dressing for dipping.

15 chicken pieces, 1 ½ tablespoons garlic paste, 1 ½ teaspoons green chili paste, 2 teaspoons ginger paste, 3 teaspoons coriander powder 1 ½ teaspoons red chili powder, ½ teaspoon turmeric powder, 1 teaspoon Indian spices all mixed, 3 tablespoon butter, 2 cups of gram flour, 2 cups of water, salt per taste, 4 teaspoon lemon juice, and onion rings to garnish
1. Cut the chicken pieces into small pieces
2. Make the paste of gram flour, mix all other ingredients together into it and pour water according to the thickness.
3. Put chicken pieces in to the paste, covering the chicken pieces with the paste, then put it into the hot oil.
4. Let it fry for around 5 minutes on low heat
5. When it becomes light brown take it outside
6. And serve hot with chili sauce

South Indian Pepper Chicken Curry
1 Whole Chicken (Medium size), 1 Tomato chopped, 1 inch piece finely chopped Ginger,
1 pod of finely chopped garlic, 5 Green chilies, 2 Onions, 1 cup of Coconut Milk, 1 TSP of Vinegar, 1 ½ TSP of Five spice powder , ½ TSP of Turmeric powder, 2 TSP of Chili powder, 2 TSP of Coriander powder , 3 TSP of Black pepper powder, 3 TBSP of Vegetable oil
Clean and cut the chicken into medium pieces.
Mix together salt, pepper and turmeric powder and smear over the chicken pieces.
Marinate for an hour.
Pour oil into a hot frying pan. Add sliced onions and sauté.
Add sliced ginger, garlic, green chilies and sauté in medium heat until tender.
Put the chopped tomatoes in and stir well on medium heat.
Make a paste of coriander powder, chili powder and turmeric powder and add to the sautéed mixture.
Stir well on medium heat for a while.
Add five spice powder and stir.
Add the marinated chicken pieces into the mixture and stir well.
Add salt to taste.
Keep the mixture on medium heat and close the lid and cook for 15 minutes.
Open the lid and pour in the coconut milk and stir well.
Remove from fire when the gravy thickens and add a pinch of sugar.
Place the chicken pieces in a dish smeared with gravy and serve hot.
Garnish it with vegetables and onion rings.
5 Eggs, 1/2 cup of Peas, 2 Tomatoes, ½ cup of Coconut milk, 1 tsp. chopped Ginger, 1 tsp. chopped Garlic, 2 Onions, 4 Green chilies, 1 tsp of Chili powder, 2 tsp of Coriander powder, ½ tsp of Turmeric powder, 1 tsp of five spice powder, ½ tsp Pepper powder, 1 stem of Curry leaves, 3 tbsp of Coconut oil, Salt to taste.
Boil the eggs and peas and keep aside.
Heat a pan and pour in the oil, add curry leaves, chopped ginger and garlic for a minute.
Add chopped onions and green chilies, sauté till the ingredients turns tender.
Mix turmeric powder, chili powder, coriander powder, pepper powder and five spice powder.
Add this mixture into the pan and keep stirring in low flame for a minute.
Add tomato and sauté till oil separates.
Slit the eggs and put it into the mixture along with the peas.
Sauté and cover the pan for 2 minutes.
Pour the coconut milk, shake the pan.
And the dish is ready to serve.
